Requirements
- Senior software engineer or tech lead experience with ongoing coding ability
- Experience across TypeScript Next.js React Rust Tauri Python
- Shipped real machine-learning work including fine-tuning open foundation models
- Built agentic AI features using tools functions and chained steps
- Strong system integration skills across local inference desktop web auth and Postgres
- Applied cryptography experience or ability to learn quickly
- Confident in client and investor meetings with strong technical communication
- Understanding of UK and EU regulated AI buying requirements
- Comfortable with hands-on early-stage work and no team to delegate to
- Heavy daily use of AI tools
Day to day
- Read the patents, ebooks and code to deeply understand the platform and defend technical claims
- Tighten the substrate harden the cryptography improve the runtime and refine the product hands-on
- Represent the company in client investor and procurement meetings by running demos answering hard technical questions and supporting regulated-buyer pitches
