- 3-5 years of experience in client communications copywriting or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills writing samples required
- Strong writing grammar proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear client-friendly messaging
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience working in payroll HR SaaS or financial services preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Pendo HubSpot and Wrike preferred
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
