Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience integrating Apple products in complex corporate IT infrastructure
- Minimum of 3 years proven mastery of Jamf and/or Apple technologies
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in Customer Service in a technical environment
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to teach material effectively
- A balance of tenacity and strategic thinking
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Jamf Associate, Tech, Admin, Expert level certifications Preferred

- The Client Engineer owns the Customer Experience.
- They focus on driving successful deployments of Jamf products.
- They serve as an expert in the implementation and management of Jamf products.
- They represent the voice of the customer inside Jamf.
- They work between organizations and internal business units.
- They ensure long-term, sustainable success.
