Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years experience integrating Apple products in complex corporate IT infrastructure
  • Minimum of 3 years proven mastery of Jamf and/or Apple technologies
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in Customer Service in a technical environment
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to teach material effectively
  • A balance of tenacity and strategic thinking
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Jamf Associate, Tech, Admin, Expert level certifications Preferred
