Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience preferably in a call center environment
- At least 2 years of experience using a CRM platform with Salesforce preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred
- Legal or litigation support experience is preferred
- Experience using cloud-based phone systems such as DialPad is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and PowerPoint
