  • At least 2 years of experience using a CRM platform with Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Legal or litigation support experience is preferred
  • Experience using cloud-based phone systems such as DialPad is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and PowerPoint
