Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and 7 years of experience in business process management operations product AI automation or digital transformation roles
- Or high school diploma GED and 14 years of experience in business process management operations product AI automation or digital transformation roles
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs NLP machine learning RPA and predictive analytics
- Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as ServiceNow Salesforce UiPath Power Automate or similar technologies
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship

Day to day
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI-enabled solutions from opportunity assessment and business case development through deployment and continuous improvement.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign processes reduce manual effort improve customer outcomes and drive adoption through training and change management.
