Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study and/or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience managing and coordinating projects
- On-site event experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Highly proficient in PPT – build presentations utilizing company templates
- Branding
- Software/Systems experience in Salesforce
- Workfront a plus

What the job involves
- Manage multiple departmental projects to drive Event Technology-related initiatives and introduce new processes or enhancements.
- Support the show organizer sales team in delivering client expectations.
- Handle project administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, note taking, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Lead process, department, and customer-related initiatives.
