Requirements

Permission to work in the UK's location
Experience in the same or similar role
Degree in Computer Science
Good problem-solving ability
Passion for excellent customer satisfaction
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
Ability to work to agreed timescales keeping customers informed of delays
Confidence in a customer-facing role with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

Experience supporting global customers
Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies
Knowledge in Logi Analytics, Tableau, business analytics tools
Knowledge in web-based technology related products .NET development HTML JavaScript CSS

Day to day

Support customers on-demand and proactively
Ensure systems are performing optimally
Visit customers across the UK and Europe
Supervise daily routines ensuring smooth running of tools
Ensure customer standards, processes, and best practices are implemented
Action support queries from customers adhering to SLAs
Advise and recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives
Build positive relationships with customers and report on operational and technical aspects
Explore and contribute to implementing new IM technology
Manage accounts ensuring effective solutions
