Who you are
- Permission to work in the UK's location
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Degree in Computer Science
- Good problem-solving ability
- Passion for excellent customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
- Ability to work to agreed timescales keeping customers informed of delays
- Confidence in a customer-facing role with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Desirables
- Experience supporting global customers
- Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies
- Knowledge in Logi Analytics, Tableau, business analytics tools
- Knowledge in web-based technology related products .NET development HTML JavaScript CSS
What the job involves
- Support customers on-demand and proactively
- Ensure systems are performing optimally
- Visit customers across the UK and Europe
- Supervise daily routines ensuring smooth running of tools
- Ensure customer standards, processes, and best practices are implemented
- Action support queries from customers adhering to SLAs
- Advise and recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Build positive relationships with customers and report on operational and technical aspects
- Explore and contribute to implementing new IM technology
- Manage accounts ensuring effective solutions
