  • Experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL

  • Customer facing confidence and excellent relationship-building skills

Desirables

  • Experience supporting global customers
  • Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies
  • Experience with Logi Analytics and Tableau
  • Understanding of web-based technology and .NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

  • Support customers both reactively and proactively ensuring systems perform optimally
  • Supervise daily routines and processes
  • Respond to support queries within SLAs providing advice and recommendations
  • Build positive customer relationships and report on operational and technical aspects
  • Implement and maintain IM technology and manage accounts effectively
