Day to day

  • Manage client-specific prompt configurations to keep AI agents accurate and aligned with each business context
  • Investigate client issues end to end by tracing conversation logs prompt settings and code paths to identify root causes
  • Implement small targeted code changes and collaborate across teams to resolve reported problems thoroughly and efficiently
  • Document fixes configurations and known behaviors to strengthen team knowledge and improve future support
