Requirements
- B.A./B.S. required
- 2 to 5 years professional experience in clinical delivery health care consulting telehealth telemedicine digital health mHealth or related health industries
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting client or patient-facing operations within healthcare or technology-enabled services preferred
- Strong written verbal and presentation communication skills
- Ability to create track and analyze operational performance and strategy data
- Ability to identify issues communicate them to leadership and propose solutions
- Proficiency or ability to learn CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Flexibility with work schedule priorities and changing operational needs
- Regular predictable attendance required
Day to day
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner clinics to support timely access to specialty expertise
- Train and orient clinic partners and volunteers on telehealth programs using evidence-based best practices
- Manage meetings documentation follow-up timelines and engagement reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams
