Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or H.S. Diploma/equivalent with relevant experience
  • 2+ years recruiting healthcare professionals or BCBAs or comparable clinical roles
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems internet search tools and social networking
  • Proven success filling difficult-to-fill roles through pipelining relationship building or nontraditional sourcing

Day to day

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for BCBA-credentialed and other clinical roles across the organization
  • Partner with clinical leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, engage, and build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates using networks, referrals, social media, and industry contacts
  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline health while providing timely updates and solutions to keep searches moving
