Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services Operations and Project/Program Management
- Cloud and infrastructure expertise including AWS and/or Azure SSL Certificate Management Firewall Maintenance and Disaster Recovery
- Security and incident management experience including Operational and Security Event Monitoring Incident Response OS Patching and Security Software Updates
- Application and database support knowledge including Operations Support Database administration and .NET C# Development
- Preferred experience with InRule Appian SSRS and SSIS

Day to day
- Provide application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
- Set up environments deploy and maintain applications while partnering with development and support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Work directly with end users deliver technical assistance and improve service delivery through ITIL practices incident handling and disaster recovery support.
