Requirements
- Proven experience in deploying cloud-based software and hardware preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure) and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple deployments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
- Experience with healthcare data security and compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA).
- Should be able to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Day to day
- The Pilot Deployment Leader will be responsible for the successful pilot planning deployment and implementation and testing of our software solutions in clinical environments.
- Assist in planning and executing pilot programs.
- Plan Coordinate and execute pilot tests of the cloud-based medical software in selected healthcare facilities.
- Monitor and document the performance usability and user feedback during pilot phases.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues escalating to the development team when necessary.
- Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to refine features and resolve any identified issues.
- Develop detailed deployment plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management.
- Lead the deployment process ensuring all steps are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure software working with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct system configurations and optimizations tailored to each facility's needs.
- Provide hands-on technical support during the deployment phases resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure software configuration and user access.
- Support IT staff on software functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides and deployment checklists.
- Ensure that all deployments adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.
