Who you are

  • Proven experience in deploying cloud-based software and hardware preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure) and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple deployments simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with healthcare data security and compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA).
  • Should be able to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.


What the job involves

  • The Pilot Deployment Leader will be responsible for the successful pilot planning deployment and implementation and testing of our software solutions in clinical environments.
  • Assist in planning and executing pilot programs.
  • Plan Coordinate and execute pilot tests of the cloud-based medical software in selected healthcare facilities.
  • Monitor and document the performance usability and user feedback during pilot phases.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues escalating to the development team when necessary.
  • Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to refine features and resolve any identified issues.
  • Develop detailed deployment plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management.
  • Lead the deployment process ensuring all steps are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure software working with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Conduct system configurations and optimizations tailored to each facility's needs.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during the deployment phases resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure software configuration and user access.
  • Support IT staff on software functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides and deployment checklists.
  • Ensure that all deployments adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.
