Requirements
- Hands-on ownership of production AWS environments supporting business-critical workloads
- Deep knowledge of core AWS services including EC2 VPC IAM S3 RDS or Aurora Lambda ECS or EKS and CloudWatch
- Proven delivery and operational support of Amazon Connect in live production environments
- Experience leading high-severity incident response including structured root cause analysis and preventative action
- Advanced troubleshooting across Linux and Windows networking architecture and AWS security controls
- Infrastructure as Code capability using Terraform and or CloudFormation
- CI CD pipeline and automation experience including tools such as Jenkins
- Strong scripting capability for automation and tooling for example Python or Bash
- Practical understanding of identity management network security encryption data protection and working within regulated or public sector assurance frameworks
- AWS Professional level certification strongly preferred
