Requirements
- 6–8 years in OS administration across Windows and Linux
- Hands-on experience in enterprise-scale environments with 1000+ servers preferred
- Exposure to cloud and hybrid infrastructure setups
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 2019 2022 and Linux RHEL CentOS administration
- Deep expertise in Active Directory Group Policy and IAM controls including RBAC and sudo access models
- Experience in server provisioning configuration management and OS lifecycle management
- Proven capability in OS patching vulnerability remediation and system hardening
- Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization and enterprise VM management
- Working experience with AWS or Azure VM operations including compute storage basic networking and scaling
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Shell scripting for automation
- Exposure to monitoring tools OS-level metrics alert triage and health checks
- Experience in backup and restore support DR drills and system recovery at OS layer
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and runbook-driven operations
