Requirements
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering DevOps or a similar field
- Strong experience with AWS services and containerised applications
- Strong experience operating operational data stores such as Aurora MySQL and DynamoDB
- Expertise in monitoring tools such as Prometheus Grafana or CloudWatch
- Strong understanding of network security Cloudflare VPC and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management for Docker and serverless deployments preferably GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems and shell scripting
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Experience with incident management troubleshooting and platform recovery in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Day to day
- Manage and support AWS infrastructure to keep services scalable secure and reliable
- Handle deployments and CI/CD pipelines for Docker ECS and AWS Lambda applications while maintaining reproducible infrastructure as code
- Monitor platform health respond to incidents quickly and improve resiliency through automation post-incident reviews and performance optimisation
