Requirements
- Current experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role within an MSP environment
- Solid experience managing and optimising cloud services particularly in Azure
- Experience supporting managing or administering Azure Virtual Desktop environments
- AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator certification
- Understanding of ITIL
- Ability to prioritise work with minimum supervision and use initiative
- Ability to understand and use PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation
- Practical understanding of system architecture networking and administration
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with an ITSM tool
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shift-based environment

Day to day
- Provide 3rd line support for complex cloud applications and infrastructure issues, resolving customer incidents with accuracy and urgency
- Improve cloud service performance through tuning, operational enhancements, and ongoing optimisation of Azure environments
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop deployment configuration monitoring and issue resolution while working closely with customers and DevOps teams
- Use ITSM tools to log track and manage tickets, maintain clear documentation, and assist with automation scripting for cloud services
