Requirements

Technical experience with on-premises and hybrid infrastructures architecture designs deployment troubleshooting and technology management
Deep understanding of Exchange Server and hybrid architecture 2016 2019 and Exchange Online
Strong troubleshooting skills in Exchange Server and hybrid Exchange environments
Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Exchange services including high availability DAG public folders mail flow disaster recovery managed availability messaging policies compliance reporting and logging
Experience designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments including HCW federation mail flow hybrid free busy hybrid delegation permissions and mailbox migrations
Hands-on experience integrating Exchange environments within the wider M365 ecosystem
Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture troubleshooting backup and restore and migrations to Entra ID

Day to day

Act as a key technical resource for customers in Germany across Exchange, Exchange Online and M365 environments.
Advise customers on design, implementation, maintenance and migration strategies, applying best practice and practical expertise.
Lead proactive technical trainings and workshops while building trusted customer relationships and driving product adoption.
