Requirements
- Four-year degree in computer science or 4 years equivalent work experience
- Highly desired certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Security Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate
- ITIL Foundations
- 4+ years of design, deployment, and support of Public Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
- 4+ years of deployment and support of Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server, AD, SQL, PowerShell)
- 4+ years of experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools
- Knowledge of networking within public cloud environments
- Knowledge of data management, backup, and replication methodologies in public cloud
- Working knowledge of protocols and standards such as TCP/IP
- Understanding of orchestration and automation methodologies in public cloud
- Terraform experience is a plus
- Understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and telecommunications principles
- Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws
- Experience in a Managed Services environment is a plus

- Provide installation, support, and design of ivision's Public Cloud Managed Services

- Participate in product development with the Public Cloud Architect by analyzing market trends and researching technology platforms
