Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market including sales and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital
- Proven ability to attract develop and retain top talent
- Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
- Direct experience in ecommerce through operating a multi-channel business selling software into this market or building tools for ecommerce sellers at scale
- Network within the ecommerce seller community including Amazon sellers Shopify operators and 3PL partners

Day to day
- Set the venture direction and lead execution for an AI-native ecommerce operating system
- Refine the ICP pricing model and product positioning while shaping the go-to-market strategy
- Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers convert them to paid engagements and partner to ship and iterate the product
- Lead the seed raise recruit the founding team and build the company culture
