Day to day
- Design build and ship product features end to end across frontend backend and integrations
- Define architecture and technical strategy as the company scales into new markets and new products
- Co-decide product and company direction including positioning expansion and new product ideas
- Take part in customer conversations and market research so technical decisions stay grounded in business needs
Hiring process
- Intro conversation (personal fit and vision) held in Spanish
- Live build session using AI tools with screen sharing
- Conversation about equity milestones and commitment
- Trial period working together on a real project for 2-4 weeks before signing
