- Experience at a creator platform creator-tech company talent agency management company or similar business
- Established network of creators agencies creator managers or industry partners
- Experience launching or scaling creator-focused products or services
- Strong business development partnerships and GTM experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from an early stage
- Experience with OnlyFans Patreon Fansly Fanfix or similar businesses highly desirable

Day to day
- Own the commercial side of the business and work closely with the founder to build the company from the ground up.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with creators creator agencies and strategic partners while shaping product direction from market feedback.
