Requirements
- Experience in commercial operations revenue operations or similar ops role ideally in digital media affiliate or multi-vertical online business
- Built and deployed at least one AI agent in a professional context
- End-to-end ownership of the agent development lifecycle from brief to deployment and iteration
- Experience with AI platforms and tools such as Claude Lovable n8n or equivalent
- Track record of designing and documenting operational processes playbooks and performance standards
- Experience establishing QA frameworks for AI-generated or automated outputs
- Comfortable owning and reporting on KPIs and OKRs with automated reporting infrastructure
Day to day
- Act as the operational owner of commercial processes across all verticals, with a focus on building and iterating AI agents and automated workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, design structured solutions, and deploy workflows that reduce manual effort while improving output quality and consistency.
- Conduct competitor analysis, build AI-assisted reporting and monitoring, and collaborate with commercial leadership to improve performance visibility and revenue outcomes.
