- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Previous experience in IT services SaaS web development digital marketing or software sales preferred
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone email and virtual meetings
- Understanding of websites software solutions CRM systems or subscription-based services
- Experience selling to SMBs in the US market is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated independent and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a commission-based performance-driven role
- Existing network of US business owners is a strong advantage
- Relevant education in Business Sales Marketing IT or related field beneficial but not required
