Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in project management internal communications operations or related roles
  • Experience supporting employee communications HR programs or compliance-driven initiatives preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience working in large matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for employee audiences
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy consistency and compliance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Jira or similar collaboration and project management tools
  • Familiarity with HR systems or workflow/process optimization is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborative proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications Business Administration Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Ability to work Central Time and travel up to 50% relocation to Bentonville AR is possible

  • Lead end-to-end employee communications projects and supporting processes with strong structure and precision
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners across HR Internal Communications Legal and external teams to keep deliverables aligned and moving forward
  • Track timelines risks approvals and change requests while improving workflows tools and systems for greater efficiency and compliance
