Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of eight years relevant experience
  • Experience developing communications plans for large organizational change initiatives
  • Experience producing stakeholder engagement materials and audience-specific messaging
  • Experience supporting communications in a healthcare health IT or federal setting
  • Strong written and oral communication presentation and facilitation skills at an executive level
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Low/NACI background investigation

Day to day

  • Develop communication plans for EHR go-live recovery and post-go-live operations across multiple sites
  • Create stakeholder engagement materials and audience-specific messaging that clearly explain workflow changes and system updates
  • Support change-readiness assessments cross-site collaboration and communication effectiveness using targeted interventions and refined content
