Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of working experience part of which includes proven experience leading on company secretarial matters at a financial services multinational or listed company
  • A degree or equivalent in law business corporate governance with a strong academic background

  • Excellent organisational communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch

Day to day

  • Entity incorporation for international jurisdictions.
  • Entity maintenance, working closely with teams like finance, tax, and HR to support business operations.
  • Drafting board documentation such as board minutes, resolutions, and POAs.
  • Coordinating and preparing for board, committee, and general meetings, including annual and interim reports.
  • Assisting with the filing of annual reports and other statutory documentation according to local requirements.
  • Budget forecasting and cost control on company secretarial and law firm expenditures.
  • Executing and filing corporate documents and contracts.
