Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of working experience part of which includes proven experience leading on company secretarial matters at a financial services multinational or listed company
- A degree or equivalent in law business corporate governance with a strong academic background
- Collaborative personality and can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
Day to day
- Entity incorporation for international jurisdictions.
- Entity maintenance, working closely with teams like finance, tax, and HR to support business operations.
- Drafting board documentation such as board minutes, resolutions, and POAs.
- Coordinating and preparing for board, committee, and general meetings, including annual and interim reports.
- Assisting with the filing of annual reports and other statutory documentation according to local requirements.
- Budget forecasting and cost control on company secretarial and law firm expenditures.
- Executing and filing corporate documents and contracts.
