- Strong competitive programming background such as ICPC participation coaching or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with competitive programming platforms such as Codeforces AtCoder or similar
- Ability to assess contest talent based on real competition experience
- Good understanding of characteristics of strong contest talents
- Comfortable discussing technical talent in an informal and collaborative English environment

Day to day
- Review and interpret contest talent profiles and achievements
- Provide practical input on talent strength using competition experience and performance signals
- Support identification recommendation and attraction of promising contest talents across ICPC IOI Codeforces Kaggle and related communities
- Share insights on competition trends and talent signals to help internal understanding
- Increase awareness of Huawei’s contest talent initiative through informal community engagement
