• Extensive knowledge of the FCA and general insurance regulatory regimes.
• Experience in a compliance consultancy role within a general insurance intermediary.
• Knowledge of best practices in compliance and control frameworks.
• Strong leadership, relationship building, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to advise and train others on technical subjects and accountability for team performance.

What the job involves

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Compliance Consultancy Team while ensuring consultancy services are delivered within agreed SLAs.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and shape the vision of the Networks Proposition.
• Provide consultancy support and guidance to Members on general insurance regulatory requirements, helping to embed a compliant culture within Network Members.
