Requirements
- Quality assurance qualification at Level 3 or experience in a quality or audit role
- Excellent work organisation skills with the ability to prioritise plan and meet deadlines
- Skilled in collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes
- Professional transparent communication style with clear feedback and recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint
- Able to solve problems logically and systematically with flexibility to adapt to different working styles or support needs

Day to day
- Carry out and record remote compliance and drop-in observation audits of licensed providers across technical tests training and regulated qualifications
- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders to support clear communication and effective audit delivery
- Follow up non-compliance issues promptly provide guidance to providers and maintain accurate audit tracking documentation and records
