Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Finance Business or related field
- Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
- 8+ years of Supply Chain experience across Supply Planning Master Scheduling Customer Order Promising Supply Assurance or Order Fulfillment
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems and planning standards
- Advanced Excel data analysis skills for large complex datasets
- Executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced customer-driven environments managing multiple concurrent issues
- High autonomy and visibility without direct people management responsibility

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end supply assurance for assigned products and customer segments to protect ship dates and delivery commitments.
- Resolve supply allocation and distribution constraints by coordinating closely with Supply Planning Procurement and Distribution teams.
- Analyze demand backlog risk and revenue opportunity to produce executive-ready recommendations summaries and recovery plans.
