Day to day
- Lead and coordinate four small engineering teams across .NET and PHP, providing clear day-to-day direction and hands-on oversight to keep delivery moving smoothly
- Coach and support team members while removing blockers, improving ways of working, and driving high standards of technical quality and engineering practice
- Partner with senior stakeholders and engineering leadership, guiding technical decisions and championing AI-augmented development across the wider organisation
