Requirements
- Agency recruitment experience is required
- Real estate recruitment experience is highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Day to day
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and tailor your recruitment strategy accordingly
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients, providing updates and managing expectations
- Proactively seek out and implement new sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Operate effectively in a remote work environment, demonstrating initiative and strong time management
