Remote Contract Recruiter Job in United States Bullpen

Who you are

• Agency recruitment experience is required
• Real estate recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

What the job involves

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and tailor your recruitment strategy accordingly
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Proactively seek out and implement new sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Operate effectively in a remote work environment, demonstrating initiative and strong time management
