Who you are
Agency recruitment experience is required
Real estate recruitment experience is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
What the job involves
Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand client requirements and tailor your recruitment strategy accordingly
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients, providing updates and managing expectations
Proactively seek out and implement new sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Operate effectively in a remote work environment, demonstrating initiative and strong time management
