Requirements

  • Proven background in Digital Product Design
  • Strong UX Design & Research skills
  • Good understanding of Information Architecture
  • Experience with Design Systems and web accessibility (bonus)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to balance user, business, and technical requirements
  • Comfortable taking part in design critiques
  • Experience with user feedback techniques

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI
  • Coding ability (HTML, CSS, JS, Swift)

Day to day

  • Join our Product Design team on a contract basis, working three days per week from the client's London office.
  • Your core skills will be in UX and Visual Design, but you should also be proficient in Product Strategy and Service Design.
  • You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineers, to deliver high-quality design work.

Hiring process

  • 1st Interview with someone from the Talent team (30/45 mins)
  • Interview & Portfolio Review with Head of Product Design and one Senior Designer (~1h30)
  • Call with Client Partner of the Project (15-30 min)
