- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products within Agile environments
- Strong experience managing complex product backlogs and defining product roadmaps
- Experience working with large volumes of customer and operational data to inform product decisions

- Experience working closely with Engineering Design and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in product discovery and problem definition
- Commercially aware with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver measurable value

Day to day
- Own product discovery and define customer problems across a major digital transformation programme
- Shape product strategy vision and roadmaps that improve the customer debt journey in Energy
- Partner with Engineering Design Data and business stakeholders to deliver customer-facing capabilities and measurable outcomes
