Requirements
- 3+ years prior work experience in a related role
- A portfolio showing UX strategy and design experience with wireframes and sitemaps
- Experience leading usability testing
- Experience with web as a platform for delivering intuitive experiences
- Methodical problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Self-starting and flexible with ability to work independently
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and commitment to iteration and improvement
- Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills
- Experience with content strategy is a plus

Day to day
- Lead UX strategy and information architecture for websites from kickoff through research, sitemap creation, wireframes, and prototypes
- Plan and run collaborative workshops and co-design sessions with clients and users to refine ideas quickly and effectively
- Conduct and synthesize user research and discovery work, turning findings into personas journeys maps and feature requirements
- Create elegant intuitive design frameworks and work closely with visual designers strategists product managers and developers through launch
