Day to day
- Assist the eCommerce UX team with gathering user requirements, conducting research, designing, and testing to enhance engagement and conversions. Primary focus on cart and checkout experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups ensuring seamless user journey and responsiveness across devices
- Conduct competitive analysis, usability tests and gather feedback for continuous improvements
- Work in a fast-paced environment with rapid prototyping to integrate user research insights, user acceptance testing and report findings.
