Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Project management experience with multiple workstreams
- Independent ownership of deliverables timelines and coordination
- 2+ years in conversational design conversational AI or bot development
- Experience presenting solutions to enterprise stakeholders
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Experience in implementation consulting or delivery roles
- Fluency in a second language strongly preferred
- Background in Linguistics preferred
- Experience with prompt engineering preferred
- Experience with Dialogflow CX preferred

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end conversational AI delivery across EMEA from discovery through deployment and optimization
- Design and develop virtual agent solutions using flow-based prompt-based and hybrid architectures
- Partner with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers to translate business goals into scalable conversation models and measurable outcomes
