Day to day
- Guide new clients through the conversion journey and support them from post-sales through go-live
- Manage a full project load with clear timelines, consistent milestones, and timely deliverables
- Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings, resolve data anomalies, and escalate client concerns when needed
