Requirements
- Proven experience building agents and automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Experience integrating data sources applications or business systems to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Good understanding of security governance and compliance concepts within Microsoft 365
- Understanding of how solutions are deployed maintained and supported within an enterprise environment
- A proactive approach to learning emerging AI automation and Microsoft technologies
- Ability to work alongside stakeholders and gather requirements effectively

Day to day
- Design and build AI-powered agents and automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Develop integrations across Microsoft 365 business applications data sources and APIs.
- Translate business needs into secure scalable supportable solutions and improve existing automations through troubleshooting and optimisation.
- Work with stakeholders on automation opportunities support pilots and production deployments and contribute to technical standards.
