  • Ability to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Experience configuring topics, conversation flows, actions, orchestration, and generative responses
  • Experience implementing multi-step workflows and automation logic using Power Automate
  • Ability to tune agent responses prompts and behaviour for accuracy and user experience
  • Copilot integration expertise across Microsoft 365 Dataverse and enterprise systems via APIs/connectors
  • Ability to enable agents to trigger business processes and real-world actions
  • Experience of Microsoft security protocols and governance principles
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Experience leading development teams
