Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems MIS Computer Science Software Engineering Health Information Management or Business Administration
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in healthcare systems
- Background in healthcare payer systems including claims processing and benefit configuration
- Experience with provider data management
- Experience with systems testing and migration
- Project Management and Staff Supervision a plus

Day to day
- Evaluate operational processes and procedures to improve core systems and applications.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to support system setup and business needs.
- Track performance, resolve issues, and coordinate initiatives using Jira and ServiceNow.
