Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Law Healthcare Administration or related field; Juris Doctorate preferred
- 7+ years of experience in complex investigations auditing or risk analysis
- Proficient in reading and interpreting State and Federal laws and regulations for over 7 years
- Prosecutorial experience is a plus
- Prior role as an investigator within a large corporation or Federal Agency is preferred
- Certified Fraud Investigator certification preferred

Day to day
- Lead complex internal investigations across the organization and handle sensitive compliance matters with discretion
- Partner with management legal counsel and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations
- Document interviews processes and findings thoroughly evaluate risks and recommend corrective actions to strengthen governance and compliance
