What the job involves
The Corporate Partnership Development Manager oversees the daily operations of the Corporate Partnership Development team at JerseySTEM.
Lead the Corporate Development Team to identify and engage with organizations interested in financially supporting JerseySTEM.
Track and report on the effectiveness of Corporate and other donor organization engagement strategies and adjust as needed to achieve program goals.
Provide guidance and support to the Corporate Development Team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
Help coordinate and attend events and activities involving Program Sponsors and Supporters.
JerseySTEM is a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing STEM education for middle school girls, particularly in underserved New Jersey communities. By collaborating with local schools, organizations, and socially responsible companies, we aim to create innovative educational opportunities that prepare students for college and careers, while addressing the gender gap in STEM fields through hands-on learning and community engagement.
