Day to day
- Set and drive the creative vision for scalable design systems and creative operations across brand and web
- Build modular brand frameworks that stay usable repeatable and durable across teams platforms and outputs
- Lead and mentor designers and contractors while contributing directly to production and maintaining high quality standards
- Present strategic concepts to founders and executive stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
- Oversee brand strategy website production workflows and refinement phases while collaborating with engineering motion strategy and account teams
