  • Experienced in leading design projects or teams even if your previous title didn't include 'Senior' or 'Lead'

  • Proven experience in a senior-level brand marketing or visual design role
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in various marketing channels and brand identity development
  • Experience in measuring and improving design performance
  • Excellent communication skills both visual and written

What the job involves

  • Craft and evolve our visual brand identity developing systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Lead and mentor the brand design team which currently consists of a graphic designer and a motion designer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaign assets that align with our business goals and brand identity
  • Drive innovation in our visual communication while maintaining brand coherence
  • Manage relationships with in-house talent and freelancers to expand our creative capabilities
  • Leverage data and user insights to continuously refine and improve our design solutions
  • Oversee design projects with clear communication and efficient project management
