Who you are

  • BA or BS in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
  • 4+ years experience with CRM Software development, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
  • 3+ years in Dynamics CRM project experience as a Developer for at least one complex deployment with multiple integrations
  • Proficient with Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, Native, SQL and JavaScript
  • Proven experience managing integrations including 3rd party applications
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, and assignments
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for innovation and continuous education related to software development
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

  • Collaborate with functional leaders and experts to design, build, deploy, and maintain the Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems for the organization
  • Lead in understanding business needs and developing solutions that leverage both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics toolsets
  • Manage daily support, maintenance, and long-term improvement operations of the internal Salesforce CRM, ensuring compatibility with evolving integration requirements
  • Interact with project managers, IT managers, and end users to analyze project objectives and define specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and other software integrations
