Requirements

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, HTML) and CRM APIs for system integration.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to track audience engagement and media impact.
- Understanding of DoD regulations and requirements regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, and system compliance.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.

- Experience working in or with the Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agencies.
- Certifications in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with defense media operations and military communication strategies.
- Knowledge of military audience demographics and media consumption behaviors.
Day to day
- The CRM Developer at Defense Media Activity (DMA) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Customer Relationship Management systems that support the mission of DMA in delivering accurate and timely information to the military community.
- Work closely with communication, marketing, and IT teams to ensure that CRM tools enhance media distribution, audience engagement, and internal communication strategies.
- Develop, manage, and integrate CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing media platforms and implementing analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into audience engagement, media consumption patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
