Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with digital media distribution platforms, content management systems (CMS), and defense communication networks.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, HTML) and CRM APIs for system integration.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools to track audience engagement and media impact.
• Understanding of DoD regulations and requirements regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, and system compliance.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.

What the job involves

• The CRM Developer at Defense Media Activity (DMA) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Customer Relationship Management systems that support the mission of DMA in delivering accurate and timely information to the military community.
• Work closely with communication, marketing, and IT teams to ensure that CRM tools enhance media distribution, audience engagement, and internal communication strategies.
• Develop, manage, and integrate CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing media platforms and implementing analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into audience engagement, media consumption patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
