Day to day
- Define and lead the strategic vision for customer lifecycle marketing across onboarding retention and engagement.

- Use data-driven insights experimentation and performance analysis to optimize journeys offers and future engagement strategy.
- Partner with product analytics and channel leaders to embed advanced personalization and next best action frameworks across touchpoints.
