Day to day
- Assist clients in planning and booking their dream cruises, including selecting cruise lines, itineraries, cabins, and excursions
- Provide expert advice on various cruise destinations, ships, and travel insurance options
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and offers
- Utilize our training program to develop the skills needed to excel in the role
- Manage bookings, reservations, and payments through our booking system
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
